The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, regularly earning massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters met for the traditional stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
